How to choose honey

Begin with intensity, texture, and the moment at the table.

Honey does not need a complicated vocabulary. Three questions are enough to begin: how present should it feel, what texture do you want, and where will you use it?

Intensity

A mild profile can disappear neatly into tea or yogurt. A darker, more assertive profile can stand beside aged cheese or rye.

Texture

Liquid honey is easy to drizzle. Naturally crystallized honey can be more spreadable. Neither texture is automatically better.

The moment

Choose the everyday jar differently from a tasting gift. The best profile is the one that fits the table in front of you.

Use the two-question finder or compare the three profiles in the honey collection.
